Many people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them.
Anxiety, intrusive thoughts, insomnia, compulsive behaviors, or a persistent sense of unease can feel like evidence of failure or weakness.
I see these experiences differently.
I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, and I understand it not as an enemy to be conquered, but as a messenger—a signal from the psyche that something meaningful is asking for attention.
When we follow anxiety with curiosity rather than shame, the work changes.
I often work with:
Individuals navigating quarter-life or mid-life transitions
High-achieving, highly sensitive people experiencing anxiety or burnout
Parents, leaders, and caregivers who feel chronically overwhelmed
Those longing for a more authentic, creative, or meaningful way of living
Who this work is for
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and am a therapy intern at The Liberation Institute.
My clinical training is informed by:
Two decades of executive leadership and coaching experience
Post-graduate training in archetypal astrology
Depth psychology and somatic therapy modalities
This blend allows me to work skillfully with both inner experience and real-world complexity.
Therapy services are offered through The Liberation Institute on a sliding-scale.
-50-minute sessions
-Suggested rate based on monthly income
My work is supervised by Brad Byron (License #T2185) and provided in alignment with ethical and professional standards.
If anxiety has been shaping your life—or if you sense it may be pointing toward something important—I would be honored to work with you.
Coaching may be a good fit if you are:
-Navigating a career pivot or vocational crossroads
-Stepping into new leadership or responsibility
-Seeking greater alignment between values and work
-Ready to engage both inner reflection and outer action
This work integrates depth and practicality—honoring inner experience while translating insight into movement.
Coaching is a collaborative, future-oriented partnership designed to support clarity, momentum, and meaningful action.
While therapy focuses on healing, integration, and the treatment of mental health concerns, coaching is not therapy. Coaching is appropriate for individuals who are psychologically stable and seeking support with decision-making, leadership development, career transitions, or aligning their work with deeper values.
Deep listening and reflective inquiry
Tools, frameworks, and practices drawn from leadership development and systems thinking
Accountability, encouragement, and honest feedback
A supportive space that stretches you just beyond your comfort zone
I ask that clients come prepared, committed, and willing to engage both the inner and outer work of change.
-Bi-weekly 55-minute sessions for the first two months (4 sessions total)
-Optional 50-minute monthly sessions thereafter
-Sessions are held via Zoom
-Coaching duration is client-determined
Between sessions, I am available via email to support momentum and integration.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not address or treat mental health diagnoses. If clinical support is needed, therapy services are available through The Liberation Institute.
We will clarify the appropriate container prior to beginning work together.
